AOL TimeWarner needed a brochure to convince shareholders to vote on the merger of AOL and TimeWarner, and why the merger was beneficial to the company. The Design Concept: the greeting of the AOL's Running man and Time Warner's Bugs Bunny (also interpreted as a high five). The brochure was a success; the shareholders voted yes; and the brochure itself was covered in the Washington Post.
